Paul , I use the following to highlight a line in an on key setting. IN my case I am updating some field related to the line and redisplaying its new value on return. IN this case it resets the display attribute to normal. Good luck and send a note if this is not clear. display array ............ let i = arr_curr() let j = scr_line() on key ...... display pa_array[i].field to sa_array[j].field attribute(reverse) carry out some activity (e.g. call, etc....) display pa_array[i].field to sa_array[j].filed attribute(normal) -- Con Woodall Colorado St. U.; Veterinary Teach.
