Consistency errors

Hi I have online running on Solaris, The online.log file started showing consistency errors following the last system reboot. 16:57:59 bfcheck: bad page: etc.. some dump data ... 16:57:59 -- WARNING: Fail Consistency Check -- pthdrpage:ptalloc:bad partn page -- etc.. Queries on some tables in the database return error -246 (corrupted index ...) There are several small databases configured on this server and I think the problems are limited to only one of them. Could someone please explain what might be causing this corruption to occur or perhaps how to go about investigating it? Thanks Alain Grumelart Ing.
