IDS 9.x on SuSE Linux 8.2

Hi, just now I tested IDS 9.40.UC1 installation on SuSE 8.2 final release. Unfortunately the i686 version of glibc was not installed by default. SuSE confirmed this is a bug in YaST. The easy and recommended workaround is updating glibc from CD1: ./suse/i686/glibc-2.3.2-5.i686.rpm Andreas -- Andreas Breitfeld IBM Informix Development Munich Data Management Solutions
