Problems with IDS on NT 4.0

Hi, I've just installed Informix 731tc2 on WinNT. I have the problem which had appeared earlier (I could see it from previous letters). So, when I'm running SQL Editor it appears the error message: ' Unable to locate the locale or conversion file "en_us.1252" ...' When I'm trying to view databases in the IECC console the same error appears too. Does anybody know the solution of this problem ? It seems to me that there were no problems during instalation of Informix. With best wishes Alexey.
