Informix is the most powerful UNIX database server for large databases. IDS 7.30 can handle databases up to 4TB on 32bit systems with table sizes almost as large possible. Informix IDS runs on all major UNIX platforms including Sun, SGI, HP, NCR, SCO, etc. (Although Informix's entry level product SE is available on Linux the premiere product line, IDS, is not yet perhaps this year). IDS can handle single or thousands of users, single or dozens of CPUs and is fully scaleable (actually performing better with more CPUs). Art S. Kagel
