AW: dbexport

Hello Raymond,
Ampon uses SE, not OnLine!
Hello Ampon!
Pls try ps -ef | grep sqlexec to check out, if there
are running sql-processes. I so, then kill -15 them and
try dbexport again. Look out, if there is an sqlexecd=20
(Informix-NET) process, which is running in background, if
so then kill it or stop it.
Hope this helps.
Bye=20

The 'who' command cannot reveal actual users of Informix, because it is
possible for some
application program to 'log on' to Informix without appearing as a
terminal
user. The best
tool to check if there is any Informix user (not Unix user) is to use
'tbstat -u' or (onstat -u for
Dynmaic Server). If it shows users other than 'informix', then find =
out
the
application program
that is still active and terminate them if possible (warn the users
first,
or do any necessary
backup first).
Good luck.
