2 tape ontape restore doesn't work ?!?!?!

(We're running 6.00.USAP2) When we try to restore from a 2 tape ontape backup, we get the message: Please mount tape 2 on /dev/rmt/0hc and press Return to continue ... Physical restore failed - Cannot Open Primary Chunk '/informix/I00/sapdata/sapdata2' Program over. It seems like I've seen a posting to this grp before about a 2 tape ontape restore not working.
