I figured out a way to pass a parameter to a script, so I can help you there. Scripts can be ASCII or .scz format, but any invoked from the command line need to be .scz format, or Wingz assumes it's a worksheet. Thus "Wingz Go.scz" works fine, but "Wingz Go.txt" does not. So ... you need an ASCII script with a pattern you can use sed to replace your parameters, you will create another ASCII from this one with sed, and you need an .scz script to invoke from the command line, and the .scz script to do all the work, which is called from the ASCII script. Thus: Init.scz - run from the command line - looks like: RUN SCRIPT "Init.sct" Init.txt - which is run against sed to create Init.sct - look like: GET SCRIPT "real.scz" CALL real.scz:Startup("PARAMETER") Now, you have a shell or commands in Makefile that: sed 's/PARAMETER/$PARAMETER' Init.txt > Init.sct Wingz Init.scz Not a great solution, but it's making do for me. DISCLAIMER: I'm no Wingz/Hyperscript expert, so there could be a better way. ============================================================ Dennis J.
