Monitoring space

Thanks, I've gotten a lot of good answers. The one I'm going with is ab SQL query that'll work quite handily once we put it in a perl script and run it as a cron. I should have been more specific, I guess, about what we have. We have Online Workgroup for UNIX. I've gotten suggestions to use utilities that don't exist here. Which leads me to another question. Would I really be happier with the dynamic server, and if so, why? Also, any informix workers out there, are you going to port to Irix 6.3? Our sales rep indicates that porting operates under the incorrect assumption that Irix versions are consecutive, when in fact, they are concurrent.
