Dynamic 4GL on Windows For workgroups

I have just tried to install the Dynamic 4gl (2.10) front-end on a Windows for Workgroups PC. The software would not install as I have been informed there is some problem in running 32 bit apps on WFW with Win32s installed. Has anyone else managed to install the D4GL client on a Windows for Wokgroups (3.11) PC? Thanks Shaun Campbell
