Greg,
Someone was using the database when you tried to change the logging
status. Get everyone to logout and try again.

Hi! I turned off logical logging for a database via onmonitor, and
now I can't turn it back on. I've done a successful level-0 backup
(with ontape) since I turned off logging. When I do "ontape -B
database" it says "Invalid logging change to database;
program over", and when I try "ontape -s -B database" and select level
0, it says Archive failed - Error changing logging status -'database'.
iserrno 107.
