getting parameters from the command line for a 4gl instead of ace program

Hello there! Is there a way of getting parameters from the command line from a '4gl' program instead of an 'ace' program? I'm in the process of converting all 'ace' programs to '4gl' and all our ace programs get parameters from the command line. I looked in the manual (version 4.00) and it only had reference to parameter in functions (ex. FUNCTION x( y, z) ... END FUNCTION). So if you know the answer or technique to do it, pls. e-mail.
