Connect IDS 7 on Unix with WGS on NT

The problem is as follows, * I can connect to and see the Databases on the Unix machine from the NT machine (using the database explorer in NT WGS) * Using Dbaccess on the Unix server I am able to connect and view the databases on the NT WGS server by SUPPLYING A USER AND A PASSWORD. * When I try to connect using select * from stores7@wgs_on_nt:table_1 I get the error " ERROR -956 USER OR MACHINE IS NOT TRUSTED" I have set up the hosts.equiv on the NT machine at "C:\\WINNT\\SYSTEM32\\DRIVERS\\ETC\\HOSTS.EQUIV" like so -------------------------------------------- Ip_address_of_unix_host user_connecting So what's the problem ? why cant I connect ? I there a special way to make the Unix host a trusted host on the NT system. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance.
