Secondary getting slower

We are running Informix 7.13 online on an HP 9000/K400 with HP-UX10.01. We use data replication. We using primary as the production environment and the secondary as the report server to make some reports. But as a period of time, secondary getting slower and slower. Each time we have to re-start the secondary to get the performance back. Does any one get the same problem or have any idea of this situation ??
