Well, actually I learned it in about a half-day--seriously. It requires a
little experimentation, but is not that difficult to use. The concepts
are barely clear in the documentation, but this is consistent with other
Informix docs. :-)
But don't misunderstand, I don't necessarily think much of the interface,
or the product, and really don't want to recommend it if there's a better
way. The reports that restores could be worthless give me reason enough not
to use it.

Thanks David... BTW, onbar on WGS 7.22 looks easy enough to use, but not
having a tape drive on my WinNT machine I can't say if it's any good. Haven't
tried onbar on-site on a UNIX yet...
