Totalling expressions "AFTER GROUP OF" in ACE

I have a report (ACE) with a select with order by on columns x, y and x. I have a report break on x where I want to print the total of a computed field ((column a/100) * (column b /100)) and I'm doing it this way: after group of y print total of ((a/100)*(b/100)) However though the total is correctly printed after the first group output, it NEVER changes! What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Kate
