NewEra: Team Development, How?

Hello Informixers: I've been developing an client/server application using I-NewEra, and I would like to hear some opinions about developing with a develpment team using NewEra. I know that Informix recommends to use PVCS for those features, but I still confused about sharing application components. I haven't purchased PVCS, I'm evaluating, because I'm stuck in the sharing problems. Now, I'm using WFW resources, but I don't think that this is the best way: there's a computer with all the source code and the developers refers to this path. The first computer serves as a application server, in which all the components source code is written. If you're developing using NewEra for Windows, with a development team, how are you addressing this problem? Any alternative to WFW?
