I have seen this kind of erro before- if I remember corrctly it was some sort of corruption in the root resevered pages (chunk or mirror pages). Bring down you instance and run oncheck -cr . Check you disks (OS/HW logs) Do you have any idea when the problem started (e.g. after an upgrade , etc...) With kind regards Tilman
