Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

There is the function fgl_getenv( "ENVVAR" ) but I think that it was
introduced in 4GL 6.0. You can easily write a "C" function that calls
getenv and returns the value to 4GL:
int fgl_getenv( int argcnt )
{
char var[256], *val;
popvchar( var, 256 );
val = getenv( var );
retvchar( val );
return 1;
}
