Auto Loading data

I want to have my loading jobs to run at regularly scheduled time using "onpload -p projectname -j jobname -fl". I created a sh script which has Informix env variables setting and all the commands. The sh script runs well manually, but failed when I used crontab to run at scheduled time. The return code is 3. My question is how do I run the Informix command using UNIX utilities automatically.
