replication migration pronb 11.10 to 11.5

hello ,Folks hoping someone can help here I have mirgated fom informix 11.10 to 11.50. Replication no longer works. I have run concdr.sh 11.10 11.50 as stated by release notes,still no joy. Has anyone else struck this problem. When i revert back to 11.10 replication still does not work. All others dbs revert ok I get this after conversion cdr list server command failed -- Enterprise Replication not active (62) If I try to start it I get this cdr start command failed -- Enterprise Replication already active (63) most annoying
