Upgrade from 5 to 7.23

We are upgrading from Informix 5.03/HP-UX 9.04 to Informix 7.23/HP-UX 10.2 on a new machine. Could someone e-mail me a configuration plan document, along with their configuration file, and a data migration plan. I am looking for a good template for documenting our upgrade.
