Interrupting a Query

Is there any way to interrupt a query in a 4gl, I have issued the command DIFFER INTERRUPT but when the user presses the Control-C in a query how do I check the interrupt. I have read something about the OPTION SQL interrupt on but I can not find it in my manual is it for a later version. Any help on this matter would be appreciated Thank you Adam Sorati
