Runtime error

I get the following error: run_master: not found this occurs on a Unisys 6000/70 ptx 1.3.1 with OnLine 4.10 The program is 4GL version 4.10. There are 2 menu screens which act as control for several programs. This is the "simplest" 4GL program ever written. HELP!!
