dbaccess connect to (201). Strange problem?

for me it work's with :
echo "connect to 'a' USER test insert into t1 values (100);"|dbaccess

Try
connect to 'a' USER 'test'; insert into t1 values (100);

both work's, second looks pretty, tnks.
