Yes. Onstat -k will show locks. Look up the tablespace # and rowid
(zero for table lock) and get the owner column value and then run
onstat -u and grep for the owner value which will get you the sessionid (third column). Onstat -g ses sessionid will get you the userid,
host, and pid.
