710 and 211 Errors in 7.2

Hi Everybody, I have just two questions : 1. We keep getting 710 and 211 errors in Informix 7.2. (We do NOT change Table Structures so often, so as to keep getting these errors.) (We do Update statistics for Tables/SPs regularly) We have a large application with many stored procedures (about 200) and a few of these Procedures are called simultaneously by many users. Some one informed us that if a procedure is called more than 'N' number of times by different users, this error may occur. Is this a known BUG ? I would like to know of similar experiences , and whether there is a solution to this. 2. Whether there is any advantage in declaring a variable as : define XXX like TABLE.column as compared to defined XXX DATATYPE in a Stored Procedure . If a variable is declared LIKE table.column , then on changing the table structure, is the procedure automatically recompiled ? I would like your responses on this. Thanks Madan M
