STILL have -406

ok; i realize installing informix takes about 4 brain cells, but i'm sitll having trouble configuring LiveWire to see my database. here's the deal: informix works fine for me, sitting at my unix box. but a user connecting to the contactmgr database via my (netscape) enterprise server 3.5.1 gets the error: -406 . i tried playing with my shmem, but to no avail. thanks jamie
