I see only two (simple) ways to work around your problem:
1. use /etc/host.equiv
(VERY INSECURE)
2. Use a tool like super
With super you can setup a list of commands.
For every command you can specify the users,
allowed to call this command, and the uid/gid,
used for the command at runtime.
With super you can use your generic account and have a better control about
the users, using this account.
