Urgent: Assert Failures in message log

Hi All, We recently upgraded to IDS7.31UD6 verion from 7.31UD2R1 on HP-UX 11.0 box. While taking the archive of the database using ontape we are noticing these error messages in the log file Assert Failed: Archive detects that page 0x24b8391 is corrupt. So does anyone know of any known issues with 7.31UD6. Also how to interpret which chunks/dbspace it is showing error.
