What is 'onstat -l'?
I suppose Your logical logs are full.
If You have 'LBU_PRESERVE 1' in Your ONCONFIG,
You have a chance to add more logical logs.
If it is set to zero, You need to restore the system
from the archive or ask Informix Advances Support
to 'kill transaction'.
