WHAT DOES THIS MEAN

hi to every one: I keep finding this error in the log file of my database server and i don't know what this mean , when this error appears , the server just freak out , my enviroment is an HPUX 11.00 in a G-70 , with Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.31.UC2X8, i just want to know what the RDBMS is doing, i imagine that the sqlexec daemon lost comunication with his other's peers , because when i use onmonitor i see network-down , and that's not true because i can do telnet to the machine. any help would be apprecciate VP Notify mechanism incomplete after 5 minutes.
