ODBC - INFORMIX-CLI 2.5 : cannot increase internal array size past 16000

Hello, we tried to connect with MSQuery via ODBC - INFORMIX-CLI 2.5 to a Informix Database. We got the message : cannot increase internal array size past 16000 Some months ago, this procedure worked. But the quantity of tables of this db increased from ca. 10000 to 25000. Has anyone an idea ? Thank's a lot.
