index card frames for New Era

Visual Basic has an add-on to put something that looks like tabbed index cards (in effect, frames with supertables) across a screen. You can click on a tab of one and it comes to the front. You can have a TON of information in one screen doing that. I think it is standard in VB 4.0. Will NE 3.0 have anything like that...or are there any add-on libraries of graphical containers that would work like the add-ons for VB? I am into screen planning at this point and need to figure out some strategies. Thanks
