Perhaps I misunderstood the question initially.
onstat -u will show how many connections have actually been used, not howmany your license will allow. You will need to look at your actual license
to find that out.

What do you mean with: "Look at the configuration and see how many users
it allows" ?
WHERE DO I HAVE TO LOOK THAN ?
