I think that they need to join IIUG. Can anyone from IIUG confirm this? Nope, unfortunately this is not something IIUG provides or facilitates at this point. To my knowledge, you have to have a valid tech support contract with IBM. Informix Certified Professionals also had access to it at one time but I have not tried lately.
