Scott I have a UNIX zip and unzip (correspond with pkzip and pkunzip) that work pretty well. Unfortunately I don't have the source and I don't have an address to get it from. Maybe someone else can help in that area? | I need a file compressor/archiver that works portably | under DOS/WINDOWS, and most major UNIX flavors. Files | compressed/archived under WINDOWS must be decompressed/ | unarchived under UNIX as well as the other way, UNIX | to DOS/WINDOWS. (Blobs will ultimately be used for | storage of these compressed/archived files.) | | I prefer source code but will consider any product/ | shareware/freeware that works. | | Any suggestions? | | Scott | -- James Sadler | "Sometimes I think the surest | sign that intelligent life Intergraph | exists in the universe is that Wellington, New Zealand | none of it has tried to contact 64-4-385-3304 | us" - Calvin jdsadler@kiwi.aussy.ingr.com | (Bill Watterson)
