Omnis to Mac, lie?

Omnis claims they connect to an Informix database yet refuse to give us the names of customers who have an environment like ours. Macs - Informix 5.xx on Sun. Needless to say there crappy software does not work "next release" is what we hear. Can anybody give a name of somebody who has done this?
