Re: MsAccess -> Openlink -> Informix ( form problem )

Hi Jeff, You are more than likely dealing with a security problem. Is your ODBC username a valid Informix user ID with SELECT priviledges on the tables that you would like to view from within MS ACCESS ? Please also ensure the OPSYSLOGIN feature within the OpenLink Database Agent Configuration Section (in the Session Rule Book (oplrqb.ini) ) is enabled, this enables host level user verification and ID assigment as opposed to all users being mapped to the user ID of the account that initiailizes the OpenLink Request Broker (oplrqb), which in this might not have SELECT priviledges on the tables that are being blanked in Form or Datasheet view.. Please let me know how you get on.
