RES: which query consumes much CPU ?

somebody help me ? we are using Informix 9.4 UC2 with Linux, but anytime the database server show (TOP) column idle 5%. How can I know which session a lot of CPU in my database ? onstat -g act this will list active threads, normally the one showing up here most often is a likely candidate. This will give you the tcb value onstat -u | grep 'tcb - column 2 from above' onstat -g ses 'sessid - column 3 from above' and look at an upgrade, I think there is a optimised build on Linux available.
