What qualifies the last rows? Proabably easiest to build an index for your
qualification and then just use that in the unloading statement. Something
like
UNLOAD TO "file" SELECT * FROM table WHERE index_col > value
If you're using rowids (and not fragmentation) you can use this in your
select statement, assuming this meets your "last rows" criteria.
