Web datablade

One of our customers, with licences to use v9.40 and a current support contract, wishes to try out the web datablade. However, it's not available for download on their (or any of our other customers') PA download site. It *is* available via the main IBM website but only upon payment of '8,500 by credit card :-( I thought that IDS v9 customers were entitled to use the datablades for nowt: is this wrong? Do you have Web Datablade? It doesn't come with IDS AFAIK. Regards.
