Just add them to the end of your onconfig file like so:
DD_HASHSIZE 211 # Length of DD Hash Table
DD_HASHMAX 45 # Width of DD Hash Table
211 & 45 are just examples. I suspect DD_HASHSIZE should be a prime
number.
Don't forget to 'bounce' IDS.
