You can change from any of the three logged modes to unlogged online. In order to switch between logging modes (buffered, unbuffered, ANSI) or to change from unlogged to a logged mode, you must perform a level 0 archive changing the logging mode at the same time. You can do this from within onmonitor or with ontape/onarchive/onbar. Art S. Kagel
