That's why they call it runtime :-) Also you will either have to link the shared libraries in $INFORMIXDIR/lib and $INFORMIXDIR/lib/tools into /usr/lib or set the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable in each user's environment (in the /etc/profile is a good place) to point to those two directories.
