name/address deduplication????

Does anyone have recommendations regarding software that can be used to merge/purge duplicate customer data? I am looking for something that knows about relational databases. A product that dedups a single table is not helpful when my company information is in one table, phone numbers in another, addresses in another, etc. If you know of any products, or any company that sells deduplication routines that we can link into our windows client/server software, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
