New update to utils2_ak

Friends: I have uploaded an update to the utils2_ak package. The major changes include - Support for Informix v12.10 features in myschema - Bug fixes to myschema, ul.ec, and dbsavail. - Support for v9.40 in myschema --infrastructure - Fixed KB calculations in dbsavail - Fixed problems compiling dbcopy and ul.ec on HPUX - Dbcopy - New -E option to limit errors and force early termination - New -O option to override the restriction against copying a table over itself - Caviat emptor! - Support for expanded fetch and put buffers when run against v11.70.xC5 and later. - - Note a bug in the CSDK libraries will cause a -1831 error to be returned from some copies that include LVARCHAR columns. Until IBM fixes that (PMR entered) use the -s 'query' option to manually cast LVARCHARs to RTRIM(colname::CHAR(sz))::CHAR(sz) - double cast is required. Art Art S.
