Perl5 Bin for AIX RS6000

Does anyone know where I can get a already compiled perl5 binary for use locally on my system. I am have been trying to use the ztools beta software yet the perl5 bin I received from: ftp.gate.net/pub/users/ztools/perl Is not working for me.
