4GL CASE tools for Unix

I am in the process of trying to improve our development environment for 4GL programmers. What I am looking for is some Unix-based CASE tools such as screen painters and code generators for INFORMIX-4GL or any other development tools that may enhance productivity and quality. Our environment is AGE Logic's "Xoftware" X Server running on IBM PC- compatibles talking TCP/IP over Ethernet to an RS/6000 Model 340 running IBM AIX 3.2.0 (soon to be AIX 3.2.5). Our alternate environment is Xoftware on PCs over TCP/IP to an NCR 3350 running SCO-Unix 3.2.4.0 (soon to be 3.2.4.2). I browsed the FAQ at Emory and didn't see anything covering this topic.
