v9.40fc9 strange performance issue

Hi all ... I recently upgraded a PeopleSoft database from v9.40fc8 to v9.40fc9. Same hardware ... RS6000 Aix 5.32 ... I seem to be experiencing really long query times on tables that have a bunch of data deleted and reloaded ... I can fix the problem by doing a alter fragment on table ... init in xxx; Anyone seen this behaviour in v9.40fc9? Thanks in advance ... Peter
Hi,
some hints:
did you check with set explain if the SQL optimization is okay ?
Have the table attached indices (dbschema -ss / oncheck -pt) ?
Are the table statistics okay (dbschema -d <db> -hd <table>) ?
Have you BTSCANNER (btree cleaner) running? How many? onstat -C
